Known for its historic charm and stunning waterfront views, Southport offers a delightful blend of local shops, art galleries, and delicious eateries. Make sure to plan a meal around this adventure! Southport has some amazing waterfront eateries. Our favorite is Provision Company. Not only does Provision Co. have amazing fresh seafood but the views and atmosphere are hard to beat!

Hop on the ferry from Southport for an exhilarating ride across the Cape Fear River to Fort Fisher. Watch seagulls soar and dolphins playfully swim alongside the ferry, much to the kids’ excitement. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher
